This year, the pandemic’s restrictions and economic impact have left the Aristas in a difficult place. In spite of this, they continue in the work to which God calls them. Seeing their faithfulness in hardship, we believe that we would do well, as Paul says, to share with them in their trouble.

Many of us are feeling the impact of all this year has thrown at us, but we are asking you, our brothers and sisters, to do what the Church has always done and respond with love and generosity. This #GivingTuesday, we are asking you to give financially to the Aristas, providing them with housing, daily needs, and the resources to continue the ministry to which God has called them. Our goal is to raise $3,000 – an amount well within reach if we spread the word and are faithful in giving, no matter the size of our individual gifts.

Trip Donations

Reaching the Hungry has several trips throughout the year that require specific trip donations. Two of the trips we take to Mexico are particularly designed as an outreach to children in Mexico. In the summer, Reaching the Hungry is committed to providing school supplies for children returning to school. At Christmas, we travel back to Mexico to supply shoes and Christmas presents.
